THE MASKED SINGER AUSTRALIA finale gave 10 its second best result all year.

The Block (981,000) hasn’t cracked the million yet for Nine but it’s sure close – a clear winner every night it’s on. 60 Minutes (484,000) decent however eclipsed by the ABC’s whodunnit series. After that late night airings of The First 48 (111,000) and Killer Couples (74,000) draw a small audience.
Nine first in both primary (25.5%) and network (31.7%) rankings.

MKR (428,000) slides into fourth place in primetime, and unfortunately for Seven that was their best. 7News Spotlight (251,000) can’t compete with the later primetime offerings either, and then repeats of Homicide: With Ron Iddles (184,000) and Undercurrent: Real Murder Investigation (89,000) deliver smaller audiences still in the late night.
Seven second in both primary (16.3%) and network (22.9%) rankings.

Spicks and Specks (520,000) and Vera (597,000) are strong contenders for the ABC that place them well in primetime. The repeats of The War of the Worlds (68,000) and The Capture (DNR) don’t to much to help after that.
ABC third in both primary (15.7%) and network (19.5%) rankings.

10 limp into the night with The Sunday Project (215,000 6:30pm; 336,000 7pm) and thankfully it turns around as the grand final of The Masked Singer Australia (644,000 avg (575,000 grand final; 713,000 reveal)) does great business…but it wasn’t enough not to get pushed into fourth overall. NCIS: Hawaii (234,000) pulls a smaller crowd which basically then vanishes for a double repeat of FBI (120,000; 88,000)
10 fourth in both primary (12.6%) and network (18.4%) rankings.

SBS started with Tutankhamun: Secrets of the Toxic Tomb (113,000) and rolled into repeats of Zelensky: The Man Who Took On Putin (85,000) and 9/11: The Unheeded Warning (62,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (4.3%) and network (7.5%) rankings.

KEY DEMOS

16-39: The Block (184,000) beat out The Masked Singer Australia – reveal/finale, Nine News Sunday, and 60 Minutes.

18-49: The Block (340,000) came in ahead of The Masked Singer Australia – reveal/finale, Nine News Sunday, and Seven News Sunday.

25-54: The Block (439,000) lands another triple demo crown, followed by The Masked Singer Australia – reveal, Nine News Sunday, The Masked Singer Australia – finale, and 60 Minutes.
