After weeks of secret saves, the biggest twist in the history of The Voice Australia is finally about to be revealed to the show’s four coaches.
While Melanie C, Ronan Keating, Richard Marx and Kate Miller-Heidke have been building their teams, Tones And I has been watching the Blind Auditions from a secret room and offering second chances to artists who missed out on a chair turn.
The twist has already seen Tones And I build her own team of artists, with those singers receiving coaching behind the scenes before getting another opportunity in the competition.
Now, they’ll get the chance to prove they were worth a second look.
But tonight, host Sonia Kruger finally lets the other coaches in on the secret, revealing that Tones And I has been operating as a fifth coach throughout the Blind Auditions.
The reveal will leave the coaches stunned as they discover the artists they thought had been eliminated have instead been given another shot by Tones And I.
With Team Tones now out in the open, the competition is set to take a new turn as the four coaches come face-to-face with the singers they never knew were still in the running.
