Two more farmers have made their final choices, leaving just one last round of decisions before this season of Farmer Wants A Wife comes to an end.
After weeks of hometown visits, emotional goodbyes and difficult conversations, Monday night’s episode saw Zac and Jason finally declare where their hearts lay.
For Adelaide apple grower Zac, the decision came down to Maya and Mieke, with Maya ultimately winning his heart after he admitted her doubts about staying made him realise how much he wanted a future with her.
Zac told Maya he could see a future with her before surprising her with one final question, asking if she would be his date to his sister’s wedding.
Mieke accepted Zac’s decision despite admitting she was heartbroken (main picture), saying she believed she would still find her person one day.
For Queensland dairy farmer Jason, the decision was more straightforward, having formed the strongest connection with Poppy throughout the experience.
After farewelling Logan and thanking her for her honesty, Jason confessed he was falling for Poppy and asked if she would return to the farm with him, an invitation she happily accepted.
Last week, the remaining farmers introduced their finalists to family and friends before narrowing their choices, setting the stage for the season’s biggest decisions.
Zac admitted Maya’s doubts about staying made him realise how much he wanted a future with her.
“When you expressed your feelings about potentially leaving and going home, it was in that moment that I truly realised how close I was to losing you.”
With Zac and Jason now finding love, attention turns to Jarrad and Dylan, who will make their final decisions in the season finale.
