The next generation of NBA stars is about to get its first big audition, with ESPN bringing every game of the Las Vegas NBA Summer League to Australian screens.
From number one draft pick AJ Dybantsa’s professional debut to a strong contingent of Australian hopefuls chasing NBA opportunities, there will be plenty for basketball fans to keep an eye on across the tournament.

The Las Vegas NBA Summer League tips off July 10 live on ESPN, with all NBA franchises hitting the court, number one draft pick AJ Dybantsa debuting, plus a host of Australian hopefuls looking to make their mark.
ESPN will deliver a marathon of NBA Summer League action beginning from Friday July 10.
The NBA Summer League will see a minimum of four games each day throughout the tournament, airing live across ESPN and ESPN2.
The opening day of the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas will bring huge intrigue with the top two selections in the 2026 NBA Draft facing off when Washington Wizards meet Utah Jazz at 11am AEST Friday on ESPN.
Washington claimed AJ Dybantsa with the opening pick in the 2026 NBA Draft and Utah chose Darryn Peterson with the second overall selection. The two rookies get a chance to show their talents in their first taste of professional NBA life, birthing a new rivalry.
It is not just the top NBA Draft picks getting their opportunity, with a host of local talents given the chance to shine in the pre-season tournament.
Notable Australians that will be suiting up for the NBA Summer League include Anthony Dell’Orso (Sacramento), Oscar Cluff (Houston), Max MacKinnon (Charlotte) and Harry Wessels (San Antonio).
National Basketball League Most Improved Player, Flynn Cameron will also be in action for the Portland Trail Blazers.
Former National Basketball League players Karim Lopez (Memphis), Lachlan Olbrich (Golden State), Lee Hyun-jung (San Antonio), Luke Travers (Milwaukee) and Malique Lewis (Milwaukee) are also expected to feature in the NBA Summer League.
Viewers across Disney+, Foxtel, Kayo Sports, Fetch TV and Sky NZ will be able to witness all the NBA Summer League action each day on ESPN.
