The latest Industry chapter follows Harper and Yasmin as ambition and upheaval collide amid fresh pressures from powerful new players in global finance.
The fourth season of the acclaimed drama Industry is set to roll out on Monday 12 January, with the latest chapter landing exclusively on HBO Max.
This season returns to the high-pressure world of finance, picking up with Harper (played by Myha’la) and Yasmin (Marisa Abela) as they navigate the rewards — and consequences — of their rise from Pierpoint graduates to major players. Their careers take a sharp turn when a fast-rising fintech outfit shakes up London’s financial sector, dragging the pair into a globe-spanning chase fuelled by ambition and risk.
As Yasmin becomes increasingly entangled with tech founder Sir Henry Muck (Kit Harington) and Harper crosses paths with corporate heavyweight Whitney Halberstram (Max Minghella), the pressure reveals cracks in their already strained friendship, twisting their dynamic against a backdrop of wealth, influence and relentless competition.
The season four ensemble features Myha’la, Marisa Abela, Kit Harington, Ken Leung, Max Minghella, Miriam Petche, Sagar Radia, Toheeb Jimoh, Charlie Heaton, Amy James-Kelly, Roger Barclay, Andrew Havill, Kiernan Shipka, Kal Penn, Jack Farthing, Stephen Campbell Moore, Claire Forlani and Edward Holcroft.
Season three drew wide recognition, earning a 2025 Critics Choice Award nomination for Best Drama Series and securing the top spot on The New Yorker’s list of the Best TV Shows of 2024. The show also attracted strong praise from major US outlets, with TIME calling it “the must watch show of the summer” and describing it as a “steamy, propulsive drama… [with] smart storytelling.” GQ labelled it “the best show on TV”, The New York Times referred to it as “appointment viewing”, and Vanity Fair hailed it as “captivating, sexy, and breathlessly entertaining.”
Created, written and executive produced by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, the series comes from Bad Wolf for HBO/BBC. Executive producers include Jane Tranter, Kate Crowther and Ryan Rasmussen for Bad Wolf, Kathleen McCaffrey for Little Gems, and Rebecca Ferguson for BBC.
