In great news for fans of the baking series, an online casting call was posted on Tuesday this week for another season of The Great Australian Bake Off.
For the seventh season in 2023, Foxtel announced a significant refresh of the program with the departure of longtime judges and hosts Maggie Beer, Matt Moran, Claire Hooper and Mel Buttle, replacing them with new hosts Darren Purchese & Rachel Khoo and co-hosts Natalie Tran and the late Cal Wilson.
With the sudden and sad passing of Judge Cal Wilson in October last year, it remains to be seen how the broadcaster Foxtel and production company BBC Studios handle this with the new season for 2024.
The casting notice posted online reads:

The Great Australian Bake Off is back and on the hunt for Australia’s next best amateur baker!
