Seven smartly programmed away from the season eleven final instalment of Australian TV’s biggest show.

  • BVOD national audience is calculated using the total number of minutes watched (including co-viewing) divided by the length of the program.

PRIMETIME ANALYSIS

Married At First Sight (1,731,000 avg) (lw 1.611m) on Nine comes in hard for it’s final episode, though it is only the fourth highest ep of the season. With Seven programming away and delivering a double ep repeat of Highway Patrol (424,000 avg | 406,000 avg) on Seven that lands them in a very distant fourth, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Australia (592,000 avg) (lw 634k) on Channel 10 is able to pick up a nice third place (second in the commercial race).

At 7pm, the commercial offerigns are as normal:
A Current Affair (1,169,000 avg) on Nine
Home and Away (812,000 avg) on Seven
The Project (359,000 avg) (6:30pm-7:30pm) on 10.

The ABC come in second in primetime with the 7:30 (768,000 avg) (lw 645k)/Australian Story (649,000 avg) (lw 655k) double, and lead the later primetime slot with 4 Corners (694,000 avg) (lw 612k)/Media Watch (686,000 avg). Afterwards, The Rise and Fall of Boris Johnson (349,000 avg) (lw 389k) does better than Q+A which normally fills the spot.

Meanwhile, on the commercial networks, the season two premiere of Stan product Love Triangle (356,000 avg) on Nine leads the later primetime slot for the trio, followed by a repeat of MOVIE: The Equalizer 2 (294,000 avg) (lw k) on Seven, and a repeat of FBI: Most Wanted (197,000 avg) (lw 242k) on 10.
