Paramount+ has premiered its newest exclusive South Park event, titled South Park: Not Suitable For Children.
South Park: Not Suitable For Children delves into a controversial plotline where a teacher at South Park Elementary is found to have an OnlyFans page, leading Randy to investigate the dubious world of online influencers.
This addition follows a series of successful exclusives on the platform, including South Park: Post COVID, South Park: Post COVID: The Return Of COVID, South Park The Streaming Wars, South Park The Streaming Wars Part 2, and the highly acclaimed South Park: Joining The Panderverse.
Notably, the latter set new benchmarks on social media as the most engaging and widely discussed event to date, according to data from Domo and Talkwalker.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2022, the South Park series has been a cornerstone of animated television since its initial airing on August 13, 1997, on Comedy Central. Originating from the animated short The Spirit of Christmas, characters Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny have become television icons.
The show’s creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, serve as executive producers alongside Anne Garefino and Frank C. Agnone II, with additional production by Eric Stough, Adrien Beard, Bruce Howell, and Vernon Chatman. Christopher Brion is the Creative Director of South Park Digital Studios.
Under an extensive deal with MTV Entertainment Studios, Matt Stone and Trey Parker have secured the renewal of South Park on Comedy Central through 2027, marking an extraordinary 30th season for the longest-running scripted series on cable.
