Seven’s schedule going through its own transitional pains.

Channel 9

A Current Affair (577,000) again unbeaten at 7pm for Nine, followed by The Block (663,000) which also continued unbeaten, and lifted on last week’s ep. Luxe Listings Sydney (236,000) collects only a small audience, though it picked up slightly for a repeat of Botched (100,000) and then a new ep of The Equalizer (54,000) in the late night.

Nine first in both primary (20.7%) and network (30.1%) rankings.

Channel 7

Home & Away (434,000) opened the night as Seven’s best, largely because another episode of Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly (288,000) isn’t at all competitive with the other programs in primetime. The series premiere of A Year On Planet Earth (194,000) captures a reasonable audience, before a new ep of The Amazing Race US (81,000) and a repeat of SAS Australia (DNR) filled out their offering.

Seven second in both primary (17.2%) and network (26.6%) rankings.

ABC

The ABC’s Wednesday went through a programming transition with the 7:30 (417,000)/Hard Quiz (421,000) double pushing hard and keeping a tight second in primetime. The season three premiere of Question Everything (303,000) and season finale of WTFAQ (262,000) landed the win in the later spot, before the rest of the night was given over to repeats of Would I Lie To You? (169,000), QI (132,000), and Death In Paradise (28,000).

ABC third in both primary (12.7%) and network (19.1%) rankings.

Channel 10

The Project (146,000 6:30pm; 242,000 7pm) picked up for 10 mid-week as is becoming the trend, largely because The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition (353,000) is delivering a solid returning audience, up on last week and pulling into third in the timeslot. Aussie drama Heat (100,000) failed to bring any, before the night closed out with the penultimate episode of season one of So Help Me Todd (51,000).

10 fourth in both primary (9.7%) and network (16.3%) rankings.

SBS

Sri Lanka with Alexander Armstrong (81,000) led the charge for SBS, opening the door for the series finale of While The Men Are Away (49,000) and then a repeat of Keanu Reeves: Pop Messiah (49,000).

SBS fifth in both primary (3.5%) and network (7.9%) rankings.
