If it wasn’t on the ABC largely the audience didn’t care for it in linear broadcast terms.

Channel 9

Nine’s best A Current Affair (649,000) lifts the network, supported in a very small way by repeats of Travel Guides (290,000) and RBT (247,000). World Aquatics Championships – Finals (238,000) drew in a bigger than usual later night crowd, as the night closed out with The Equalizer (50,000).

Nine first in both primary (20.6%) and network (29.6%) rankings.

Channel 7

Seven push hard with Home & Away (454,000) and ABBA Silver, ABBA Gold (372,000), though the latter manages a distant second place in primetime. The Front Bar (305,000 (148,000 MEL)) again only performs well in the southern capital ahead of a late-night FIFA Women’s World Cup: Pre-Game (118,000) and FIFA Women’s World Cup: CAN v IRE (148,000).

Seven second in both primary (19.9%) and network (29.3%) rankings.

ABC

7:30 (433,000) paired with the season final of Utopia (504,000) delivers a big win for the ABC in primetime. Gruen (458,000) and Gold Diggers (195,000) continue to do good business following. The season final of Queen of Oz (128,000) and Adam Hills: The Last Leg (95,000) fill out the later night, chased by a repeat of Greta Thunberg: A Year To Change The World (DNR).

ABC third in both primary (13.4%) and network (18.1%) rankings.

Channel 10

The Project (182,000 6:30pm; 260,000 7pm) continued to slip through the week for 10, while The Appleton Ladies’ Potato Race (202,000) proved to be criminally under-appreciated. So Help Me Todd (76,000) and repeat of FBI (40,000) proved with small audiences they are for fans only.

10 fourth in both primary (7.9%) and network (14.8%) rankings.

SBS fifth in both primary (3.6%) and network (8.1%) rankings.
