Channel 10 is set to launch its newest property show, ‘Location, Location, Location’ on Friday, 30 June at 7.30pm, promising to help everyday Aussies navigate the tricky terrain of finding their perfect home.
The program will be hosted by the charismatic property duo, Mitch Edwards and Mark McKie. With a winning history from The Block in 2021, the duo are now ready to inject a fresh level of fun into the house-hunting process.
Edwards and McKie have been in partnership for nearly 20 years, utilising their shared passion for property renovation. They have successfully turned around 20 once undesirable homes into sought-after properties, thus turning their hobby into a thriving career.
The pair’s combined experience in property buying, negotiation, and understanding of the real estate market make them ideal hosts for this new series.
The central objective of Location, Location, Location is to assist Australians at all stages of life in finding their dream homes. Whether they are first-time buyers, downsizing for retirement, or somewhere in between, Edwards and McKie will be there to guide them through the often daunting process.
The duo’s extensive market knowledge and property expertise will undoubtedly inject some much-needed excitement into the world of house hunting.
The show, originally a UK format, has previously been adapted for Australian audiences by Foxtel’s Lifestyle channel.
