10 finding it’s groove with the MasterChef Australia/Have You Been Paying Attention? double.


Channel 7

Seven have a strong early night with Home & Away (538,000) delivering its best in weeks that then slides into a primetime-winning Farmer Wants A Wife Reunion (649,000). 9-1-1 (252,000) and 9-1-1: Lone Star (173,000) draw in fans of the franchise, similarly with The Blacklist (37,000) in the late night. In surprises unamazing the first episode of Blow Up Australia shunted to 7flix draws in an expectedly small 30,000.

Seven first in both primary (22.2%) and network (29.9%) rankings.

Channel 9

Nine find A Current Affair (709,000) their best again as The Summit (386,000) slips again. RPA (242,000)
offers a little hope, though the fracturing of the schedule to break into 100% Footy (35,000) or Footy Classified (101,000) with both finding their usual niche audiences, before coming back together with The Equalizer (50,000).

Nine second in both primary (18.5%) and network (24.7%) rankings.


ABC

The ABC took advantage of its consistency with its current affairs line-up that kicked off with the 7:30 (481,000) and Australian Story (398,000) double act that came home third place in primetime. Four Corners (432,000) and Media Watch (459,000) followed with an average audience, before Q+A (310,000) saw a big bump with Stan Grant’s final episode for an unknown amount of time. India Now (126,000) closed out the night.

ABC third in primary (14.7%) and fourth in network (19.1%) rankings.


Channel 10

10 glowing in The Project (248,000 6:30pm; 307,000 7pm) building as the lead-in to a consistent MasterChef Australia (483,000). Have You Been Paying Attention? (563,000) delivers another timeslot win to the network, down slightly on last week’s premiere. Just for Laughs Australia (189,000) and new and repeat eps of FBI: Most Wanted (81,000; 60,000) saw the audience off to bed.

10 fourth in primary (14%) and third in network (19.5%) rankings.

SBS

It was history night for SBS, starting with Secrets of the Tower of London (86,000) and leading into Rise of the Nazis: The Downfall (86,000) and Reframed: Marilyn Monroe (83,000).

SBS fifth in both primary (3.6%) and network (6.8%) rankings.


KEY DEMOS

16-39: Have You Been Paying Attention? (141,000) led MasterChef Australia, Seven News 6pm/6:30pm, and Nine News 6:30pm.

18-49: Have You Been Paying Attention? (242,000) beat Seven News 6pm, MasterChef Australia, Nine News 6:30pm, and Seven News 6:30pm.

25-54: Have You Been Paying Attention? (295,000) lands the triple demo win, followed by Nine News 6:30pm, Seven News 6pm/6:30pm, and MasterChef Australia.


MULTI-CHANNELS

Bluey – AM (119,000) nabs another multi-channel win for ABC Kids/TV Plus.

No changes to the previous week’s primetime line-up after the Total TV figures were added: MasterChef Australia (10) lifted 25% to 920,000; The Summit Australia (Nine) lifted 29% to 694,000; and Blow Up Australia (Seven) lifted 13% to 531,000.

The BVOD best were Home and Away (128,000), MasterChef Australia (124,000), and The Summit (117,000).
