Wednesday is the second busiest night of the week now.

Channel 9

Nine all over the place. A Current Affair (616,000) kicks off their night well, and Travel Guides (534,000) again pulls into first place in primetime however dropped over 100k viewers on last week. Dropping into a repeat of MOVIE: Olympus Has Fallen (146,000) sees the audience vanish, offering little to support New Amsterdam (DNR). Footy Classified (165,000) has a mid-week run in the later night in MEL/ADL/PER.

Nine first in primary (19.7%) and second in network (27.5%) rankings.

Channel 7

Home & Away (479,000) remains a consistent performer for Seven, as The 1% Club Australia (480,000) appears to be. Less so is a double ep of US drama Accused (207,000; 95,000), with the anthology series not maintaining the earlier season’s interest. A repeat of Crime Investigation Australia: Most Wanted (41,000) rounds out the schedule.

Seven second in primary (18.7%) and first in network (27.6%) rankings.

Channel 10

The Project (194,000 6:30pm; 285,000 7pm) continues to do good business for 10 later in the week as a lead-in for MasterChef Australia (436,000). The premiere of North Shore (263,000) drew some-but-not-enough interest (it should pick up in next week’s Total TV). Law & Order: SVU (141,000), Fire Country (70,000), and a repeat of Bull (41,000) trail into the late night.

10 third in both primary (11.8%) and network (17.7%) rankings.

ABC

Wednesday comedy night continues to shine for the ABC, with 7:30 (433,000) and Hard Quiz (461,000) continue to be a solid pairing in primetime. The Weekly with Charlie Pickering (407,000) lifts while Aunty Donna’s Coffee Cafe (130,000) maintains its audience average for the season, while QI (135,000), and repeats of Staged (55,000) and Frayed (DNR) fill out the schedule.

ABC fourth in both primary (11.7%) and network (16.5%) rankings.

SBS

It’s another night of two parts for SBS, with Alone Australia (229,000) continuing its standard for linear broadcast, but its Total TV numbers continuing to climb. A repeat of Zelenskyy: Citizens At War (181,000) led into Rogue Heroes (100,000), which is also doing well in Total TV for the broadcaster.

SBS fifth in both primary (6.5%) and network (10.8%) rankings.
