A Mother. A Mystery. A Murder. Nothing is as it seems on Sydney’s North Shore…
North Shore, a gripping six-part Australian crime drama, is set to premiere on Network 10 this May.
The series follows the investigation of the death of a 19-year-old daughter of a UK politician whose body was found in Sydney Harbour. A British detective and an Australian detective team up to solve the complex murder mystery, but what they uncover is far more sinister than they anticipated.
The international investigation exposes a political conspiracy with far-reaching consequences, leaving the detectives to navigate a clash of cultures as they work together to solve the case.
The show stars an impressive cast including John Bradley (Game of Thrones, Moonfall), Joanne Froggatt (Liar, The Commons), Kirsty Sturgess (Thirteen Lives, Young Rock), Dan Spielman (New Gold Mountain, The Code), Rob Carlton (Paper Giants, Chandon), Matt Passmore (Frayed, The Glades), Rhys Muldoon (Interceptor, New Gold Mountain), Claire Lovering (Class of ’07, The Letdown), and Chris Alosio (Surviving Summer, Next Goal Wins).
Created by Mike Bullen (Cold Feet) and directed by Gregor Jordan (Two Hands), North Shore boasts impressive writing from Marcia Gardner (The Doctor Blake Mysteries). The show is produced by Diane Haddon (The Secrets She Keeps S2, The Commons, The Code) and executive produced by Beach Road Pictures’ David Maher and David Taylor, Mike Bullen, and Rick Maier.
North Shore promises to be a thrilling and complex crime drama with a talented cast and impressive creative team behind it.
