Sara’s time in Istanbul will be a gastronomic & culinary odyssey and a quest to the fundamentals of a cuisine, a culture, a heritage.
She will also see how all these elements are melting/blending in the pot of modern Istanbul… “Istanbulite” way of eating, cooking and living will be brought on screen with the guidance of local contributors.
