A new member of the jungle town has taken on one of the most daring challenges in the Australian wilderness.

Nick Cummins, also known as “The Honey Badger,” participated in a trial called Honey Badger V Honey Badger on Tuesday night, which required him to prove his skills in five rounds of animal-themed tests.

The trial took place in a boxing ring and involved climbing a pole to reach a beehive, eating a giant Madagascan cockroach, and sniffing out buried stars. However, Nick’s toughest challenge was a large snake that sunk its fangs into his hand, instantly wrapping around his arm and constricting. Despite the initial shock and blood, Nick described the experience as “awesome.”

Back at camp, Harry Redknapp discussed his future plans, revealing that he was in two minds about starting preparation for the Olympics after leaving the jungle. Meanwhile, Adam opened up to his fellow campmates about what went on behind the scenes when he left the Bulldogs, as well as the fallout from the Essendon supplement scandal.

Nick returned to camp victorious with 10 out of 13 stars, a snake bite, and a hero’s aura, earning him 76.923% of his self-appointed nickname. As a treat, he handed out Mentos to his campmates, but their celebration was short-lived as jungle mail revealed that the camp was to be punished for their indulgence in the contraband.

The consequence? They were doomed to wear tiny hands and attempt to eat their dinner.

The season’s next food trial, Fear Pong, will take place on Wednesday night, with Bianca, Deb, Aesha, and Nathan facing the challenge.

It remains to be seen whether or not there will be beer in the red cups.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Continues Wednesday At 7.30pm On Channel 10 And 10 Play.
