2023 Survivor Australia Heroes vs Villains Recap S08E03.

Welcome to day 6, 21 castaways still remain, including George. Which, if you ask Simon is 5 days too many. The Jordie-Simon bromance are still scratching their heads over why George hasn’t gone home yet.

Today’s reward challenge is a giant jar of cookies. I’m sitting on the couch eating my own dessert but even I’m jealous of those cookies. When all 2 metres of former AFL player, Shaun steps forward, his perfect match appears. 62-year-old Stevie. Yep, All 5”2 of him. As much as I love an underdog, Stevie stands no chance.

But there’s method to this madness, it frees up Simon to testosterone tackle his opponent Sammy into the water and leads the Villain’s to the most delicious pot of cookies they’ve seen.

Whilst the villain’s stuff their faces, George frantically searches for an idol and you guessed it? Has found one to set himself up for the rest of the game. The rest of the villains tribe are speculating whether there is a clue or idol inside the jar but no one is bold enough to go searching.

So Mimi waits until everyone is asleep before she decides to raid the cookie jar, little does she know Liz is watching amongst the darkness. The next day the tribe are singing “who stole the cookie from the cookie jar” and all the fingers are pointed at Mimi.

The villain’s enter the immunity challenge still riding a sugar high from the reward challenge. They taunt our starving heroes, “come to the dark side, we have milk and cookies.”

I’d like to point out, whoever oversaw OH&S this season should be voted off the island. So far we’ve had dodgy cubes, shallow mud pits and occupational hazard includes a slippery monkey bar. Strap those ankles castaways! JLP tells his personal injury lawyers to remain on standby.

Challenge beast Shaun is so strong he just looks at the tiles and they break under his fierce gaze. For the third time in a row, the heroes are victorious and return to camp with their ankles intact.

The villains are devastated about facing tribal again. So far, tonight’s tribal plan is pretty straightforward, who stole from the cookie jar? The majority is voting Mimi.

Mimi’s late night pantry raid might have left her empty handed but Simon spots an idol hidden in the jar in broad daylight.

I don’t get men sometimes. Simon has deep pockets – he’s a tradie after all – and still decides the best way to conceal a hidden idol is to lodge it in his ass crack.

Simon runs off to his other half and cryptically communicates to Jordie that he has an idol. They cement their bromance as Jimon when Jordie feels for the idol in Simon’s crack. Won’t somebody think of the children? Later on, Simon reaches for more cookies in the jar with the same hand that has been reaching down his crack all afternoon.

Simon has a bold plan to use his filthy idol to wipe out George but Jordie strongly suggests Simon keeps the idol in his pants.

Fast forward to tribal. JLP is getting impatient waiting for the villain’s to finish their mouthful of cookies so they can hurry up and vote. Who’s going home? Mimi. Stevie. Mimi. Stevie. It’s hard to tell. Simon is still threatening to whip it out – his idol, I mean – against George.

Eventually, the cookie crumbles for Mimi. It’s time for her to go home. The villain’s are now down to eight players.

2023 Australian Survivor: Heroes V Villains season eight – continues Sunday at 7.30pm On 10 And 10 Play.
