French chef Guillaume Brahimi returns to the city that made his reputation and follows the story of food in the city – the place that gave us the first restaurant, the greatest chefs of history, and some of the world’s greatest dishes.
This week, Guillaume Brahimi visits Nature Urbaine, the largest rooftop garden in Europe, and uses some of their fresh produce to make a healthy spring salad.
