Maybe the new programs will offer some competition?

A Current Affair (716,000) bumps up and keeps the slot for Nine, while The Block (752,000) slips a little yet still dominates. The Hundred with Andy Lee (379,000) wins also, before the night flips into a repeat of Botched (81,000) and new. Law & Order: Organized Crime (56,000).
Nine first in both primary (23.3%) and network (30.2%) rankings.

Seven get a decent result from Home & Away (475,000), and a bigger Farmer Wants A Wife (517,000) delivers a nice bump. Extreme Weddings Australia (161,000) gets a later night blip, followed by 10 Years Younger in 10 Days (88,000) and Chicago Fire (39,000) in the late night.
Seven second in both primary (19.6%) and network (27.7%) rankings.

7:30 (467,000) paired with Take 5 with Zan Rowe (344,000) slide neatly into third in primetime for the ABC. Old People’s Home for Teenagers (343,000) wraps up with a solid audience. Home: The Story of Earth (161,000) the finishes out the night with repeats of Four Corners (45,000) and Media Watch (40,000).
ABC third in both primary (12.1%) and network (17.5%) rankings.

The Project (210,000 6:30pm; 317,000 7pm) sees small success for 10, as does The Amazing Race Australia (326,000) however the latter is down slightly on the night before and lands fourth in primetime. The Cheap Seats (301,000) lifts a little, and the night wraps with a double repeat of NCIS (144,000; 96,000).
10 fourth in both primary (10.5%) and network (16.5%) rankings.

Great Coastal Railway Journeys (142,000) opened SBS’s night, followed by Insight (119,000) and Dateline (124,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (4.6%) and network (8.1%) rankings.


KEY DEMOS

16-39: The Block (140,000) beats out Seven News 6:30pm/6pm, A Current Affair, and The Cheap Seats.

18-49: The Block (254,000) comes in ahead of Seven News 6:30pm/6pm, A Current Affair, and Nine News 6:30pm.

25-54: The Block (307,000) lands the triple demo win for Nine, followed by Seven News 6:30pm/6pm, Nine News 6:30pm, and A Current Affair.

No changes to the previous week’s primetime line-up after the Total TV figures were added: The Block (Nine) lifted 39% to 1,365,000; Farmer Wants A Wife (Seven) lifted 37% to 1,043,000; and The Amazing Race Australia (10) lifted 50% to 600,000.

The BVOD best were The Block (239,000), Farmer Wants A Wife (181,000), and Home and Away (132,000).
