At the top, the AFL and NRL make it a two-way tussle.

Home & Away (281,000 (149,000 Seven SYD/PER; 132,000 7TWO BNE/MEL/ADL)) leads the night for Seven before it split as follows: Seven’s AFL: Thursday Night Football (786,000 (644,000 Seven BNE/MEL/ADL; 142,000 7mate SYD/PER)); or Ambulance Code Red (65,000 Seven SYD/PER); and repeats of Crime Investigation Australia (51,000 Seven SYD/PER) and Police Strike Force (64,000 Seven SYD/PER) make up the night.
Seven first in both primary (29.1%) and network (39.3%) rankings.

A Current Affair (511,000) Is Nine’s best by far as then the evening splits thus: Thursday Night NRL Live (385,000 (366,000 Nine BNE/SYD/MEL; 19,000 9Gem ADL/PER); Thursday Night Knock-Off (131,000 Nine BNE/SYD/MEL); or repeats of RBT (103,000 (65,000 Nine ADL/PER; 38,000 9Gem BNE/SYD/MEL)); and Paramedics (91,000 (42,000 Nine ADL/PER; 49,000 9Gem BNE/SYD/MEL)); and new New Amsterdam (27,000 Nine ADL/PER) as everything returns for The Equalizer (41,000).
Nine second in both primary (17.6%) and network (24.6%) rankings.

10’s Thursday starts slow with The Project (189,000 6:30pm; 267,000 7pm), seeing Shaun Micallef’s Brain Eisteddfod (240,000) dip on last week, and then triumphs with Gogglebox Australia (381,000). Repeats of The Cheap Seats (160,000) and Law & Order: SVU (90,000) offer little to help the network’s woes.
10 third in both primary (10.5%) and network (15.2%) rankings.

7:30 (382,000) and Foreign Correspondent (244,000) offer a reasonable start to Thursday for the ABC, however Q+A (165,000) does very little to help. Repeats of America Divided (106,000) and Old People’s Home for Teenagers (45,000) finish out the night.
ABC fourth in both primary (9.2%) and network (13.7%) rankings.

SBS offer up a standard Thursday night with World’s Most Scenic River Journeys (119,000), a repeat of Scotland’s Sacred Islands with Ben Fogle (113,000), and Suspect (58,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (3.9%) and network (7.2%) rankings.
