It will be an entirely different story next Wednesday.

Nine deliver another solid win at 7pm with A Current Affair (699,000), followed by another massive ep of Married At First Sight (954,000) – both up on last week. Under Investigation (362,000) is down, and then the night splits based on footy code/state: in BNE/SYD Forensics: The Real CSI (60,000); or in MEL/ADL/PER Footy Classified (61,000).
Nine first in both primary (25.8%) and network (34%) rankings.

Home & Away (474,000) again starts the night as Seven’s best (this is becoming an all too oft occurrence on weekdays). The Warnie (445,000) special they pulled together did OK numbers but was still dwarfed by it’s competition – third in the slot. then, depending on your state, you got the following: in BNE/SYD, a repeat of MOVIE: Star Wars: The Force Awakens (77,000); or The Front Bar (316,000)–this did air very late additionally in BNE/SYD–and a in MEL/ADL/PER a repeat of Unbelievable Moments Caught on Camera (100,000).
Seven second in both primary (19.1%) and network (26.1%) rankings.

The Project (237,000 6:30pm; 365,000 7pm) seeing a reasonable bounce on last week (thanks Perth) though still slipping through the week for 10. Ambulance Australia (323,000) picks up significantly, thanks in no small part to a temporarily-shifted Gogglebox Australia (434,000) which was down a little on last week but would have put a smile on exec’s faces. A repeat of Would I Lie To You? Australia (153,000) doesn’t add much and new This Is Us (47,000) broadcast as fan service.
10 third in both primary (11.8%) and network (17.1%) rankings.

7:30 (493,000) and Hard Quiz (477,000) pull up squarely second in the primetime slot for the ABC. A great start which isn’t really used by Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell (396,000) or the season finale of Starstruck (117,000) however both are picking up pretty good numbers in the Con7 Total TV report, suggesting it’s not just drama but comedy also that’s getting a catch-up/BVOD bump. QI (98,000) and Adam Hills: The Last Leg (96,000) fill out the late evening.
ABC fourth in both primary (10.6%) and network (15.3%) rankings.

SBS’s Wednesday isn’t too bad: Michael Mosley’s Health Intervention (106,000), Life on the Outside (90,000), and The Responder (60,000)…which is doing pretty good business in the Con7 Total TV numbers.
SBS fifth in both primary (3.7%) and network (7.5%) rankings.
