A rare win for Nine ahead of Seven in the later part of the week, as 10 slides into fourth again. AGAIN.
The weakest A Current Affair (582,000) by far, yet it still owns the 7pm slot. RBT (447,000) down on last week yet this week wins the 7:30pm primetime slot. Australia Behind Bars (426,000) ticks up slightly, as does A+E After Dark (213,000) while a repeat of New Amsterdam (124,000) fills out the schedule.
Nine first in both primary (20.3%) and network (28.3%) rankings.
Home and Away (532,000 7pm; 443,000 late 7:30pm-8:30pm) starts the night as Seven’s best, with the 7pm ep almost pipping ACA. The first double ep of Showtrial (223,000; 169,000) will likely lift with catch-up/BVOD next week as a placeholder for the AFL.
Seven second in both primary (18.7%) and network (26.8%) rankings.
The ABC deliver a big 7:30 (569,000) for a Thursday – up over 100k on last week – with Foreign Correspondent (330,000) down on last week. Q+A (237,000) plods along with diabolical numbers (#QandAforMondays) and so the first ep of Rosie Batty’s One Plus One (134,000) doesn’t get anywhere near the audience it deserves. A repeat of Griff’s Great Kiwi Road Trip (72,000) completes the night.
ABC third in both primary (11.5%) and network (20%) rankings.
The Project (224,000 6:30pm; 344,000 7pm) up on last week for 10 (not hard), however the premiere of First Dates Australia (334,000) barely caught anyone’s attention. MOVIE: Hustlers (170,000) barely kept an audience as a repeat of Blue Bloods (51,000) was broadcast for fans.
10 fourth in both primary (9.9%) and network (16%) rankings.
Thursdays on SBS run out with Scenic Coastal Walks with Kate Humble (129,000), The Long Call (128,000), and No Body Recovered (72,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (4.7%) and network (8.9%) rankings.
