Nine take home the important Wednesday win as we head into NRL vs AFL games for the rest of the week.

Nine leans into the night with A Current Affair (739,000) still winning, however down on last night’s numbers. Australian Ninja Warrior (615,000) ticks up mid-week, and is pipped at the post by a mere 1,000 viewers for first in the timeslot!
Hurricane of Fire (258,000) and a repeat ep of King’s Cross ER (68,000) round out the night.
Nine first in both primary (20%) and network (29.8%) rankings.

Down a little on last night Home and Away (634,000) still lands squarely in second, however it’s the rest of the night mess that appears to have hurt their chances at a win. A double repeat Highway Patrol (352,000; 430,000) played in all markets, and then airing at different times around the country was The Front Bar (336,000). Then, depending on where you are in the country, you either got an early night repeat of MOVIE: Aquaman (110,000) or a late night repeat of MOVIE: Austin Powers in Goldmember (54,000). Yeah, baby?
Seven second in both primary (18.2%) and network (26.9%) rankings.

The Project (324,000; 533,000) manages a slight lift on last night’s figures for 10, and MasterChef Australia (616,000) pulls it out for the primetime entertainment win…just! The Anti-Vax Conspiracy (294,000) and a repeat of Bull (141,000) completed 10’s schedule.
10 third in both primary (12%) and network (19.2%) rankings.

7:30 (656,000) ticks up on Tuesday for the ABC, while Win The Week (405,000) slips down on last week’s premiere numbers (unfairly in my opinion). Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell (497,000) slips a little again surely in response to the smaller lead-in. The very excellent Starstruck (243,000), followed by Superwog (121,000), Adam Hills: The Last Leg (93,000) and a repeat of the season finale of The Set (35,000) saw an end to Aunty’s night.
ABC fourth in both primary (10.5%) and network (15.5%) rankings.

On SBS, a repeat of Britain’s Cathedrals with Tony Robinson (163,000)
really only got in the way of the Tour de France live (stage 5) (140,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (5.2%) and network (8.6%) rankings.
