Let’s hope FOXTEL doesn’t blacklist the likeable presenter like they have with Angie and Yvie, as according to TV Tonight bosses at the the subscription channel are unhappy the girls are appearing on this season of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
“You will not see a review of them on Gogglebox,” Executive Director of Television Brian Walsh told TV Tonight.
“From a promotional point of view the issue that upsets Foxtel is the exploitation of the Gogglebox brand to market and sell another program.
FOXTEL goes to great lengths to stop the people who appear on Gogglebox from becoming celebrities. Their TV appearances are limited to live crosses from their lounge rooms and studio appearances are few and far between. FOXTEL also reigns in any red carpet appearances.
It will be interesting to see what becomes of the likeable pair once they leave the jungle.
