In anticipation of its debut next year, Local SVOD provider Stan has released a behind-the-scenes look at upcoming revival of beloved television series Twin Peaks.
The new video features commentary from the show’s cast, including both returning and new actors like Kyle MacLachlan, Miguel Ferrer, Dana Ashbrook, Jim Belushi, and Robert Knepper.
Twin Peaks will be fast-tracked to Australia as part of an exclusive content deal between Stan and US cable channel Showtime.
The revival series will pick up 25 years after the conclusion of the original Twin Peaks.
Series creator David Lynch is directing the updated version, with co-creator Mark Frost writing the script. The series will also feature a number of new cast members including Josh McDermitt, Ashley Judd, Michael Cera and Amanda Seyfried.
An airdate for the series is yet to be confirmed however it’s likely to premiere April-May in 2017.
