Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan have joined forces again to take audiences back into the lives of Kappa Kappa Tau’s most droll and deranged residents.

Part-black comedy and part-slasher flick, Scream Queens is a modern take on the classic whodunit, in which every character has a motive for murder or could easily be the next blood-soaked casualty.

Season two of Scream Queens will graduate from Wallace University and step into a mysterious hospital with a haunted past. As fascinating and bizarre medical cases are studied, secrets from the building’s sordid history begin to surface. A slimy new killer lurks in the shadows and as always, nobody is safe.

Joining this year’s stellar cast are Emmy Award nominated actor and producer John Stamos, Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner Kirstie Alley and former teen heart-throb Taylor Lautner.

With a career spanning 30 years, John Stamos has become a television star thanks to his roles on General Hospital, Full House and ER. In addition to the record breaking The Twilight Saga franchise, Taylor Lautner has appeared in feature films Tracers, Abduction and Valentine’s Day.

An acclaimed actor and comedian, Kirstie Alley found fame as Rebecca Howe in Cheers. She went on to starring roles in the television series Veronica’s Closet and Fat Actress and in movies such as Deconstructing Harry, Drop Dead Gorgeous and the smash hit Look Who’s Talking series.
