This month CNN’s ‘Talk Asia’ travels to both Australia and the U.S. to meet master chef, TV celebrity and entrepreneur Curtis Stone to talk about food, family and the future.
Host, Monita Rajpal first catches up with Stone in his home town of Melbourne where he opens up about working under the Michelin starred Chef Marco Pierre White in London and reveals how television changed his career. Stone also takes ‘Talk Asia’ on a personal tour of his L.A. restaurant, “Maude”, and shows his culinary genius at work.
