Let’s recap Australian Survivor 2024. Titans Vs Rebels S9 Ep 11, on Channel 10 and 10 play.
“The Middle Aged Marfia band are back together!” Mark rejoices. I’ve been getting a lot of Mr and Mrs Smith vibes between Caroline and Mark. It’s a very different rivalry to the Kirby and Ferras one, Caroline and Mark are more likely to eliminate the other with kindness, Kirby and Ferras have Valeria on their tribe and have quickly adopted her no BS attitude.
The tribes dive straight into another immunity challenge. It’s just a holding challenge but JLP still gives them a moment to strategize. ‘Just don’t drop the rope,’ Kirby shrugs. Enough said.
The Titan’s Rianna and Rebel’s Aileen are the only ones left hanging in there and with pure determination and desperation, Aileen hangs on for over an hour and a half. She wins the challenge for the Titans sends the Rebels back to tribal council.
Back at Rebels camp, Mr and Mrs Smith (Mark and Caroline) are cleaning their pistols. Caroline tells Mark its all votes on Rianna, she just wants a clean blindside but “Mark is thrusting himself on every conversation,” Caroline winces.
With Mark in on every conversation, Caroline gets confused with what plan is fake and what plan is real. And if Caroline is confused then Jaden is definitely confused. Mrs Smith drops her pistol and her plan to take out Mark into the ‘too hard basket’, she changes tactics and just tells everyone to vote for Alex.
As the Titans get to tribal council, Eden inspects JLP’s sleeves. “Good to see you wearing short sleeves tonight, Johnathan, at least we know there’s no tricks up them!” Eden sasses.
As Alex senses his impending doom and starts to write his last wishes, whispers emerge and Mark and Jaden both raise their eyebrows, Jaden in confusion and Mark in apprehension but before Mark catches wind of another plan, JLP declares a plot twist.
“There’s still some space up this sleeve!” He announces. Whoever gets a vote risks going… to the Titans. Mr and Mrs Smith and the Middle Aged Marfia have banded back together. One quick huddle later and everyone agrees to vote Alex and Rianna.
Alex and Rianna draw rocks and it is Alex who ends up with the blue rock determining his fate and sending him to the Titans tribe. It’s not great for his game but its better then getting sent home. He checks out of the rebels tribe like I check out of this episode; without as a much as a goodbye.
