KAYO SPORTS ‘Get on Board’ campaign featuring Adam Gilchrist and a lineup of sports legends. Stream over 50 sports live and in 4K.

Kayo Sports, Australia’s premier sports streaming service, has unveiled its latest marketing initiative, the ‘Get on Board’ campaign.

This initiative is studded with a constellation of athletes and sporting legends, underscoring the unparalleled array of over 50 sports accessible through Kayo Sports, courtesy of FOX SPORTS Australia and ESPN.

The campaign aims to capture the sheer joy and excitement sports bring, extending an open invitation to fans to join in and experience the thrill that Kayo Sports offers.

Crafted by Fox Creative, the ‘Get on Board’ campaign is set to be broadcasted nationally, covering a wide range of media platforms including TV, Out-Of-Home (OOH), press, radio, social media, and digital channels. It underscores Kayo Sports as a hub for engaging with the exhilarating world of sports, starting this week, just in time for the upcoming NRL and AFL seasons.

The campaign not only highlights the extensive content available on Kayo Sports but also showcases its distinctive features. These include the introduction of 4K quality streaming beginning with the Formula 1 race in Bahrain, advertisement-free play during games, live coverage of every NRL and AFL match from every round, and the insightful commentary and expertise provided by FOX SPORTS and ESPN.

The promotional effort features a galaxy of stars, including Adam Gilchrist, and a mix of NRL, NRLW, AFL, AFLW players such as Patrick Carrigan, Nicho Hynes, Tiana Penitani, Isaac Quaynor, Tom Stewart, and Chloe Molloy. Australian cricketer Sean Abbott and Diamonds champion Donnell Wallam, along with FOX SPORTS commentary talent including NRL legend Braith Anasta, and sportscasters Yvonne Sampson, Sarah Jones, and AFL legend Jonathan Brown, are also part of this star-studded lineup.

“Sport is for everyone. It’s a vital, exciting part of the lives of Australians. It connects every type of fan.

Our new campaign is a celebration and an invitation to all sports lovers, the 24/7 sports lovers to the sometimes fan, to ‘get on board’, and be part of the action, and with Kayo Sports, they can.”

This was the sentiment expressed by Foxtel Group’s Executive Director of Marketing, Michael Nearhos. He further added,

“This campaign has been so enjoyable to work on, the TV ad will go live on the 18th of February featuring sports stars from across Kayo Sports’ 50 plus sports like AFL, NRL, Cricket and Netball along with fans all on board a 50-foot bespoke bandwagon, showing how sport brings people together.”

Fox Creative collaborated with Beautiful State, Goodman Brothers, and Uncanny Valley to produce the TV commercial, which will be disseminated across a variety of paid media channels including free-to-air TV, cinema, OOH, radio, print, social media, digital, audio, display, as well as on-platform and owned channels.
