Channel 9 has recently released the first promotional content for the much-anticipated TIPPING POINT AUSTRALIA, set to premiere in 2024. This show marks the Australian adaptation of the popular UK game show, Tipping Point.
TIPPING POINT AUSTRALIA stands out with its unique ‘endgame’ segment, which offers a substantial $40,000 prize. This addition is expected to add an extra layer of excitement to the conclusion of each episode as it looks to compete with The Chase on Channel 7
As revealed earlier this year by TV Blackbox, the Australian version of this global game show phenomenon will be hosted by the Australian sporting icon, Todd Woodbridge. The format involves three contestants answering general knowledge questions to win counters.
These counters are then used in a large, arcade-style coin pusher machine. Contestants from across Australia will compete not only for cash prizes but also for various mystery prizes, all while attempting to outsmart the machine.

Tipping point had nothing to hold me viewing. I could walk out ant any time. It’s probably the worst show of that type I’ve ever seen. The compere has no charisma or character. There’s not enough contestants and the tipping buttons. Just don’t work in with the show.
