Fans of Seinfeld rejoice, there is now a dedicated channel streaming the iconic sitcom with back-to-back episodes available 24/7 on 9Now.

An eagle eyed TV Blackbox staffer first noticed the channel appear on Thursday this week on the 9Now streaming platform, with the channel currently showing Seasons 1-3 of the iconic US sitcom series back-to-back.

TV Blackbox understands that Season 4 will be added to the channel from 1st December with further seasons added as they become available, likely due to the broadcast and BVOD rights currently being shared in Australia between Channel 9 and Network 10.

In total, there were 9 seasons of the hugely popular sitcom produced between 1989-1998 and in total 180 episodes all up.

What is a FAST Channel?

FAST stands for free-ad-supported-television, and is a fast emerging streaming method with plenty of choice of curated channels for viewers and delivered free as an ad supported alternative to the plethora of paid streaming services available currently.

The 9 Network recently launched another FAST channel with Pedestrian TV now streaming 24/7 on 9Now, the channel is an extension of their online vertical of the same name, and is heralded as the only tv channel offering a unique blend of content aimed directly at a youth audience.

It’s likely that this new Seinfeld channel is just the beginning of 9’s foray into the world of FAST channels, with the network first teasing “the introduction of new 24/7 Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV (FAST) channels with exclusive additional content” at their 2023 Upfronts event way back in September 2022.

Seinfeld FAST Channel is streaming 24/7 now only on 9Now.
