EXCLUSIVE CRIME DRAMA FEATURE

Inspired by true events, Heist 88 is the unbelievable story centred on Jeremy Horne (Vance), the criminal mastermind with an innate ability to convince anyone to do just about anything and who decides to pull one last job before going to prison.

He recruits four young bank employees to steal close to $80 million dollars in a daring and brazen assault on the U.S. banking system.

The film takes place in a time before widespread computerisation and the vast cybersecurity of today.

It reunites Vance with Keesha Sharp, who portrayed Dale Cochran in the award-winning limited series The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, and Bentley Green, who recently starred alongside Vance in the drama series 61st Street. Heist 88 also stars Keith David (The Nice Things), Xavier Clyde (City on Fire), Nican Robinson (Beef) and Precious Way (Days of our Lives).

Thriller launched Michael Jackson into mega-stardom and to this day continues to influence all aspects of culture and entertainment, including the worlds of music, dance and fashion.

A follow-up to his recent book, Geddy Lee’s Big Beautiful Book of Bass, the new four-part series features episodes with Krist Novoselic (Nirvana), Les Claypool (Primus), Melissa Auf der Maur (Hole, Smashing Pumpkins) and Rob Trujillo (Metallica). “The idea for this show was born out of interviews I did for my first book, The Big, Beautiful Book of Bass, said Lee. “I was struck that these accomplished musicians also lived incredibly interesting, multi-faceted lives offstage. Who knew bass players were so effin’ human?”

The series marks the first television spin-off for preschool powerhouse PAW Patrol, which will celebrate its milestone 10th anniversary this year.

Set in the community of Builder Cove, a neighbouring town to PAW Patrol’s Adventure Bay, Rubble & Crew centres on Rubble, the funny and optimistic leader of the construction crew. In the small, quickly growing town, lots of things are still needed for the community to come together, including a bigger airport, train station, bridges, tunnels, schools, fire stations, parks and more. Rubble and his construction pup family–his pup cousins Mix, Wheeler, Charger, Motor, along with Grandpa Gravel and Auntie Crane–must work together to tackle and build all the projects the town needs.

The Lady and the Legend, commemorates not only Tony Bennett’s illustrious career but also his decade-long musical journey with Lady Gaga. The documentary is an intimate and unique portrayal of their extraordinary collaboration and a realistic view into Bennett’s last days.

The Lady and the Legend provides a candid glimpse into the final days of Bennett’s life, during which he battled Alzheimer’s disease as he continued to work.

The upcoming documentary delves into the friendship and working relationship that blossomed between Bennett and Gaga over the course of a decade. Their collaboration might have seemed unlikely at first, as the pop superstar and the standards singer joined forces on Bennett’s album Duets II for a rendition of The Lady Is a Tramp. That track turned out to be the beginning of a very special and unusual musical journey.

It’s a holiday football feast in December with local and international club action and CommBank Matildas friendlies on offer to devour.

The Emirates FA Cup second round proper is on Saturday, 2 December – Tuesday, 5 December as clubs look to advance to the next stage of the iconic knockout tournament, including Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds’ Wrexham AFC as they face Yeovil Town.

After an incredible 2023, the CommBank Matildas will round out the year when they take on Canada in a two-match series, on Saturday, 2 December at 2.00pm AEDT and Wednesday, 6 December at 1.30pm AEDT.

The AFC Champions League continues with matches for the west and east divisions across the month, including Melbourne City going headto-head with Zhejiang FC on Tuesday, 12 December.

Plus, there is plenty of local football action with over 50 matches on offer in the Isuzu UTE A-League and Liberty A-League as their seasons continue.
