The Block judges unanimously foresee House 4’s win due to superior design and space.

Shaynna Blaze, the veteran judge of The Block, alongside her colleagues, Darren Palmer and Marty Fox, have collectively voiced their forecasts for the victor of the reality show’s season 19 finale. Amidst the series’ rollercoaster of events, their consensus suggests a leading edge for Steph and Gian’s House 4.

Blaze expressed her stance with certainty:

“I would be shocked if House 4 does not win. The quality, the sense of calm and architectural attention to detail shows Steph and Gian have created the ultimate luxury and it truly makes it one of the best houses on The Block.”

Palmer resonated with Blaze’s sentiments, particularly highlighting the expansive 703m2 land size of House 4, which towers over its competitors.

“With dollars per square metre ratio as your metric, you can assume that House 4 will sell for more,”

he stated. However, he cautiously added,

“That may also mean they have a higher reserve which then may not mean they sell for the highest profit… but we will only find out reserves on auction night.”

Fox, the newest addition to the judge’s panel, pointed to the critical wins of master bedrooms and kitchens by Houses 4 and 5, acknowledging their influence on sales outcomes. He deliberated,

“The question is, will they win The Block or will they have higher reserves, based on the larger land sizes? The largest sale price doesn’t necessarily win The Block.”

In agreement, guest judge and landscaper Dave Franklin positioned House 4 at the pinnacle of his rankings, including the all-important gardens and the overall ready-to-use condition of the property:

“If I had to rank them, I’d go 4, then 2, then 1… and then 5 and 3. Of course, I am including all the gardens, and the turn-key result.”

Channel Nine’s sensation, The Block, has been enveloped in debates and dramatic twists, culminating in a highly anticipated finale. While Kirsty‘s chances seem dim, the consensus among the show’s adjudicators clearly favours House 4’s lead, with its unrivaled scale and design finesse.

As the auction night approaches, the predictions are cast, but the true verdict awaits in the final gavel fall.

The Block Grand Finale airs this Sunday at 7pm on Channel 9 and 9Now
