As the much-anticipated fifth season of Love Island Australia beckons, the original lineup of contestants, as well as the first wave of bombshells, have been unveiled.
Notably, multiple female participants have had previous reality TV appearances.
Kirra Schofield is set to capture attention, primarily known as the sibling of 2023 MAFS participant, Bronte Schofield. Her past involvement in Married At First Sight’s tenth season saw her confronting Bronte’s on-screen spouse, Harrison Boon, in a memorable family dinner.
Bombshells making their entrance into the villa aren’t strangers to the limelight either. Abby Miller once vied for Jed McIntosh’s affection on The Bachelors 2023. Adding another layer to the drama, Abby was involved with Boon, previously mentioned as Bronte’s TV spouse.
Lucinda Strafford, another bombshell, isn’t new to the Love Island universe. Her previous stint was on Love Island UK’s seventh season, where she formed connections with Brad McClelland, Danny Bibby, and Aaron Francis. She holds the unique title of being the first UK Islander to venture into the Australian edition.
