Nine and 10 programmed clear knowing it would be one-way traffic to Seven and boy does it show.

Channel 7

Simply unprecedented numbers, especially in this age. The numbers do all the talking:
FIFA Women’s World Cup: Pre-Game (1,853,000),
FIFA Women’s World Cup: AUS v ENG (4,495,000),
and FIFA Women’s World Cup: Post-Game (1,786,000).
The night closed with a repeat of The Voice Australia (138,000).

Seven first in both primary (65.8%) and network (69.9%) rankings.

Channel 9

Nine’s schedule is a fricking mess after A Current Affair (567,000). It split to have The Block (175,000 BNE/SYD) and RBT (105,000 MEL/ADL/SYD), returned with a repeat of Paramedics (103,000) and Dream Listing Byron Bay (69,000) and split again to deliver Footy Classified (67,000 MEL/ADL/PER).

Nine second in both primary (8.7%) and network (12.5%) rankings.

ABC

7:30 (295,000) and Hard Quiz (193,000) down significantly on usual weeks for the ABC; similarly, Gruen (215,000) finished its season run much lower. Gold Diggers (68,000) down, however normal-ish numbers for a repeat of Would I Lie To You? (98,000) and Adam Hills: The Last Leg (94,000).

ABC third in both primary (4.9%) and network (7.5%) rankings.

Channel 10

10’s amended schedule couldn’t stop The Project (154,000 6:30pm; 204,000 7pm) getting thumped. The newly inserted repeat of The Dog House Australia (110,000) and double repeat of Ambulance Australia (61,000; 97,000) keep a few interested. So Help Me Todd (64,000) and a repeat of FBI (25,000) round out the largely unwatched night.

10 fourth in both primary (3.2%) and network (6.2%) rankings.

SBS

SBS’s night was possibly affected least by the Semi-Final, led by Michael Mosley: Secrets of the Superagers (88,000), and then followed by How Sports Changed the World (30,000) and Wolf (28,000).

SBS fifth in both primary (1.7%) and network (3.9%) rankings.
