Seven land in a purple patch where everything is bringing joyous eyeballs.


Channel 7

Seven have all sorts joy with Home & Away (479,000) building into a win for The Voice Australia (624,000). The Rookie (241,000), The Rookie: Feds (134,000), and Chicago Fire (42,000) have little success. On 7mate FIFA Women’s World Cup: FRA v MAR (333,000) provides a big boost to the network.

Seven first in both primary (23.3%) and network (36.9%) rankings.

Channel 9

A Current Affair (657,000) continued to own 7pm for Nine, while The Block (568,000) slipped night-on-night and finds itself in a definite second place in primetime. The season five premiere of The Hundred with Andy Lee (315,000) competes to win the following slot, followed by Botched (141,000) and See No Evil (62,000).

Nine second in both primary (19.3%) and network (25.3%) rankings.


ABC

7:30 (476,000) and New Leash On Life (282,000) led for the ABC, with the finale of season three of War on Waste (325,000) lifting from its lead-in. Repeats of Louis Theroux interviews Rita Ora (163,000) and Four Corners (38,000) close out the night.

ABC third in both primary (11.6%) and network (16.3%) rankings.


Channel 10

The Project (173,000 6:30pm; 275,000 7pm) opened 10’s night with better than expected figures, followed by a repeat of The Dog House Australia (205,000) and a smaller audience subsequently for The Cheap Seats (265,000). Repeats of NCIS (100,000) and NCIS: Hawaii (63,000) filled up PVRs.

10 fourth in both primary (8.3%) and network (14.6%) rankings.

SBS

A very quiet night on SBS, with The Point: Referendum Road Trip (28,000), Insight (69,000) and Dateline (78,000).

SBS fifth in both primary (2.8%) and network (6.9%) rankings.


KEY DEMOS

16-39: The Block (133,000) led Seven News 6pm/6:30pm, Nine News 6:30pm, and The Voice Australia.

18-49: The Block (185,000) beat Seven News 6pm/6:30pm, The Voice Australia, and FIFA Women’s World Cup: FRA v MAR.

25-54: Seven News 6pm (233,000) was followed by The Block, Seven News 6:30pm, The Voice Australia, and Nine News 6:30pm

One change to the previous week’s primetime line-up after the Total TV figures were added: Hunted Australia (10) lifted 31% to763 ,000; Travel Guides rpt (Nine) lifted 10% to 671,000; and Highway Patrol (Seven) lifted 7%/6% to 498,000/490,000.

The BVOD best were Home and Away (138,000).
