Trans-Tasman rivalry reignites: WALLABIES vs ALL BLACKS on Stan Sport

The MCG is set to host the opening game of the much-anticipated Bledisloe Cup series this Saturday.

The Wallabies are preparing to take on their trans-Tasman rivals, the All Blacks, in an encounter set to be the highlight of international rugby. The ad-free live broadcast, brought to you in 4K Ultra HD, will be available on Stan Sport from 7:00 pm AEST.

In a first in 16 years, the iconic Melbourne venue will witness Australia and New Zealand battling it out for the coveted trophy. The clash will be the Wallabies’ final home game before they embark on their quest to secure the Rugby World Cup 2023 in France.

Wallabies coach Eddie Jones has had a rocky return to his position, but the All Blacks are on high alert as Jones is renowned for having an impressive coaching record against New Zealand.

Stan Sport’s 4K coverage is set to include a notable commentary team. Hosts Nick McCardle and Michael Atkinson will be joined by Wallaby legends Tim Horan, Morgan Turinui, Drew Mitchell, and Justin Harrison. The team is completed with the All Blacks’ superstar Sonny Bill Williams and dual international Allana Ferguson.

Stan Sport will also offer additional Spider Cam and Player Cam streams, focusing on Wallabies’ star winger Mark Nawaqanitawase.

In other Rugby Championship action, South Africa, under the leadership of Michael Cheika, will play Argentina, with the game streamed live and exclusively on Stan Sport on Sunday from 12:55 am AEDT.
