It looks like Seven are only just getting started…
Channel 7
Home & Away (457,000) down a chunk for Seven after a massive lead-in from their 6pm News bulletin, though Farmer Wants A Wife (511,000) compensates and takes primetime (even though it was down from Sunday). Accused (218,000) premieres to reasonable numbers, as The Good Doctor (96,000) draws a small audience into late night.
Seven first in both primary (21.7%) and network (30.2%) rankings.
Channel 9
Nine open the account with A Current Affair (572,000) that builds into Lego Masters Australia: Grand Masters (480,000) and David Attenborough’s Frozen Planet II (300,000). Chicago Med (60,000) and Court Cam (39,000) collect a small number of viewers as the evening closes out.
Nine second in both primary (19.8%) and network (26.9%) rankings.
Channel 10
A massive second half-hour of The Project (195,000 6:30pm; 354,000 7pm) on 10 delivers a great platform for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! (474,000), lifting it for its fourth-last episode of the season. A double repeat of NCIS (175,000; 84,000) proves less attractive.
10 tied third in both primary (12%) and third in network (18.6%) rankings.
ABC
7:30 (463,000) and Great Australian Stuff (335,000) allow the ABC a reasonable start to the night, which proceeded to diminish through The Dark Side of the Universe (198,000), and mores with repeats of Stuff the British Stole (110,000) and Four Corners (30,000).
ABC tied third in both primary (12%) and fourth in network (16.7%) rankings.
SBS
Who Do You Think You Are? USA (125,000) started SBS’s night slow, seeing smaller audiences hang in for Insight (88,000) and Dateline (61,000).
SBS fifth in both primary (3.9%) and network (7.6%) rankings.
