At a time when it feels like our news bulletins are being dominated by one disaster after another, TV Blackbox can reveal one commercial Australian television network is currently developing a pilot format designed to put a smile back on your face.

US actor John Krasinski became an internet sensation by presenting positive content on Youtube during the early days of the COVID lockdown. Channel 10’s The Project has also found success with a similarly themed weekly segment.
