A cast of thousands feature in the new ‘mystery of the week’ series from Rian Johnson (writer and director of Knives Out).
Stan, Australiaās unrivalled home of original productions, has announced that the ten-part Stan Original Series Poker Face, will premiere 27 January, same day as the U.S. and only on Stan.
Poker Face is a 10-episode mystery-of-the-week series following Natasha Lyonne (Orange Is The New Black) as Charlie Cale, who has an extraordinary ability to determine when someone is lying.
She hits the road with her Plymouth Barracuda and with every stop encounters a new cast of characters and strange crimes she canāt help but solve.
The Stan Original Series Poker Face also features Adrien Brody (The Pianist), ChloĆ« Sevigny (American Psycho), Benjamin Bratt (Miss Congeniality), Ellen Barkin (Animal Kingdom), Nick Nolte (Cape Fear), Cherry Jones (The Village), Joseph Gordon-Levitt (500 Days of Summer), Judith Light (Whoās The Boss?), Lil Rel Howery (Get Out), Jameela Jamil (Stan Exclusive series Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin) and Australiaās Danielle MacDonald (Stan Original Series The Tourist).

Poker Face is created, written, directed and executive produced by Rian Johnson (Knives Out). Nora Zuckerman and Lilla Zuckerman are showrunners and executive producers. Other executive producers include Ram Bergman, Natasha Lyonne, Nena Rodrigue and Iain B. MacDonald, alongside Maya Rudolph and Danielle Renfrew Behrens as co-executive producers.
