In this new series, Rosie and Paddy help people take a leap up the property ladder by maximizing the potential of their inner city home, through design that inspires, excites and sells.

Rosie Morley, award-winning designer, and renowned landscape artist Paddy Milne will elevate the interior and exterior design of Australia’s most in-demand inner-city properties, assisting young millennials in maximising the value of their property and achieving their dream of climbing the property ladder.

Selling in the City, which premieres with the first three episodes on October 19, joins BINGE’s lineup of reality, lifestyle, drama, true-crime, documentaries, and movies.

Rosie and Paddy will spend time learning about each local community to understand better what potential buyers love about the area and what they want in a new home to inspire their designs.

With this information, they set out to transform the property through exceptional design and clever solutions, with the goal of increasing its market value.

“I have loved the experience of learning about these neighbourhoods and creating contextually relevant outcomes, all with the goal of delivering a sense of elevated design and planning efficiency,”
