In this new series, Rosie and Paddy help people take a leap up the property ladder by maximizing the potential of their inner city home, through design that inspires, excites and sells.
Rosie Morley, award-winning designer, and renowned landscape artist Paddy Milne will elevate the interior and exterior design of Australia’s most in-demand inner-city properties, assisting young millennials in maximising the value of their property and achieving their dream of climbing the property ladder.
Selling in the City, which premieres with the first three episodes on October 19, joins BINGE’s lineup of reality, lifestyle, drama, true-crime, documentaries, and movies.
Rosie and Paddy will spend time learning about each local community to understand better what potential buyers love about the area and what they want in a new home to inspire their designs.
With this information, they set out to transform the property through exceptional design and clever solutions, with the goal of increasing its market value.
“I have loved the experience of learning about these neighbourhoods and creating contextually relevant outcomes, all with the goal of delivering a sense of elevated design and planning efficiency,”
Rosie Morley said.
Finally, strategic design decisions must be made to maximise the potential of these compact homes.”

Paddy Milne added:
“Creating beautiful gardens and functional outdoor spaces is a passion, I have also really enjoyed finding out about the people and the area and drawing design inspiration from each of the communities”.
BINGE Executive Director, Alison Hurbert-Burns said:

“What I love about this show is how our hosts and expert designers, Rosie and Paddy, immerse themselves in the surrounding neighbourhoods, the history and culture, to better understand what potential buyers are looking for.
“We see this inspiration come through in the cutting-edge redesigns and innovative restorations and clever use of spaces that aim to drive the property’s value up.”
Just wanting to know where Rosie got her powder/baby blue shirt from in episode 2? It has ruffled sleeves and flower shapes on the body.
Love, love the show, Rosie and Paddy, love your designs, Marriville, was stunning, congratulations, big fan. 👍👍Adriana.
I call bs on the whole show
How was woolongabba reno done for 60k
The bathroom was probably 50k alone
Absolute pretentious rubbish. Nothing about the show seems genuine, just a long advertisement for the suburb.
