Just days after the world said goodbye to the Queen at the centre of it all, Netflix has announced the premiere date for the fifth season of The Crown.

Netflix has confirmed season five of the popular series will premiere November 9, 2022. This season will focus on the 1990s, a tumultuous decade for the royal family.

It is expected this season will focus on Prince Charles’ affair with Camilla Parker Bowles, and the royal’s treatment of Princess Diana.
