The Geek shall inherit the schedule (when the other shows aren’t there).

Nine kick off with A Current Affair (638,000) dominant in its slot (and, as it turns out, across the night) which set a firm foundation for Beauty and the Geek Australia (532,000) to lift significantly on the last couple of nights and take the primetime win. Repeats of Travel Guides (384,000) and True Story with Hamish & Andy (97,000; 45,000) attracts not many viewers into the later night, along with Chicago Med (61,000).
Nine first in both primary (22.3%) and network (31%) rankings.

Home & Away (418,000) slides to a new low for Seven, as the rest of the night does little to right the ship. A repeat of Highway Patrol (315,000) followed by Britain’s Got Talent (195,000) and Inside Belmarsh Prison (63,000) draw few viewers.
Seven second in both primary (16.5%) and network (23.7%) rankings.

7:30 (492,000) and Gruen (519,000) deliver the ABC another strong primetime second place, followed by Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell (487,000) and Aftertaste (217,000) which take the win in the following slot. Repeats of Adam Hills: The Last Leg (155,000) and Small Axe (DNR) fill out the schedule.
ABC third in both primary (13.1%) and network (17.9%) rankings.

The Project (256,000 6:30pm; 357,000 7pm) sets a poor base for the premiere of Shaun Micallef’s Brain Eisteddfod (437,000) which finds itself in third in the slot. Ghosts (261,000) premieres to a some attention as a repeat of The Secret She Keeps (75,000) and a new ep of Good Sam (DNR) slink into the night.
10 fourth in both primary (11.2%) and network (17.8%) rankings.

A quiet night for SBS with Michael Mosley’s 21 Day Body Challenge (87,000), Jack the Ripper (82,000) and Tour de France – Stage 17 (117,000)
SBS fifth in both primary (5.2%) and network (9.6%) rankings.
