Reggie, Taras, Johnson, and Brenton caught up with Rob McKnight ahead of tonight’s Big Brother grand finale.
He was the intruder who almost made it the grand finale, but at the last hour, Brenton Parkes was evicted from the Big Brother house.
Speaking to Rob McKnight, he revealed the house had some unwanted rodents (and not just the other housemates!).
“I put food in one of the girl’s sleeping bags… during the night a rat came into my blanket and it was like karma got me back.”
Johnson Ashak was the self-proclaimed Big Brother super fan, and now, he has a chance to cement his name in the list of winners. Can he do it?
“I’m a little bit obsessed… I was 6 or 7 years old and I fell in love with it the second I saw it.”
But was his super fan title a blessing or a curse?
“The second that people started to understand that I knew the game very well, they started to find me threatening.”
The Queen of Big Brother, Reggie Sorensen, spoke to Rob about why she is so desperate to win again.
“If it happens, it’s going to put a roof over mine and the kid’s heads.”
She also opened up about her fake eviction and time spent in the arcade room.
“I was drained, I had nothing left in the tank.”
When asked about the commentary on the challenges being ableist, Reggie said:
“I went into the show not expecting anything to be changed just for me, I wanted to go in and have a go, and I did, and I’m proud of myself.”
And finally Taras Hrubyj-Piper, the strategic mastermind of the season. But as we saw tonight, his biggest gameplay didn’t involve strategy.
“I wanted to do something for me, but I just couldn’t do it.”
And on whether the edit has been accurate to his game:
“I have loved being the villain, but if they showed the edit how it actually was, I think I probably would win.”
