Will the champion’s dancing return be a victory lap or burnout?

Few stars know the dance floor better than former host and champion Grant Denyer, but can the TV personality and race car driver finish in pole position 15 years after he first took out the mirror ball trophy?

Find out when Dancing With The Stars: All Stars returns to Channel 7 and 7plus in February.

Grant hung up his tap shoes after defeating boxing champion Kostya Tszyu in the 2006 grand final, but a love for dancing never really left. The Gold Logie winner and father of three even went on to set the Guinness World Record for leading the largest underwater dance class – one of five world records he holds.

Now Grant is back to leave it all out on the floor, but despite his daredevil nature, nerves may be an issue for the man who lives life in the fast lane.

Grant said:

“It’s been 15 years. I haven’t danced a step since. I don’t know if I’m ready.”

After leaving one judge hailing his first dance a “show stopper”, Grant just may have another victory lap in sight.

Hosted by Daryl Somers and Sonia Kruger, champions from the past 17 seasons – as well as four wild card entrants – will face highs and lows as they battle it out for their chance to take home the coveted mirror ball trophy in 2022.

After weeks of intensive training, the most talented season of dancers ever to appear on the show will face the judgment of returning panel Todd McKenney, Helen Richey, Paul Mercurio and Mark Wilson.
