Henry Cavill returns for a new season of THE WITCHER, part of the highlights this December on NETFLIX

The end of the year is upon us and we’ve got some holly jolly picks to send it off with a bang!

Celebrate Jane Campion’s return to film with the critically acclaimed The Power of the Dog, which was also filmed in New Zealand. Whencharismatic but feared rancher Phil Burbank’s brother brings home a new wife and her son, Phil torments them until he finds himself exposed to the possibility of love. Starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Kirsten Dunst, this one is not to be missed.

In The Unforgiveable, Ruth Slater (Sandra Bullock) is released from prison after serving a sentence for a violent crime and re-enters a society that refuses to forgive her past. Her only hope for redemption is finding the estranged younger sister she was forced to leave behind.

Featuring a strong ensemble of Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill and even Ariana Grande (to name a few), Don’t Look Up follows two astronomers who go on a media tour to warn humankind of a planet-killing comet hurtling toward Earth. The response from a distracted world: Meh. LOLs are guaranteed. 

And if you’re after something the whole family will love, Back to the Outback follows a team of dangerous-looking but wildly misunderstood creatures breaking out of captivity on a quest to find home. Isla Fisher, Guy Pearce, Tim Minchin and Celeste Barber are just some of the familiar Aussie voices in this fun family film. 

Last but not least, Henry Cavill returns for The Witcher: Season 2 with even more monsters and magic in this epic series.
