After a 13 year hiatus, popular British drama Cold Feet is back and hotter than ever, with more than six million people watching the season premiere in the UK on Monday night.

The new series, which launches October on Seven, won the 9pm slot on ITV with 6.1m viewers, a peak audience of 6.6m and a 29% share. This is higher in volume and share than its pilot episode in 1997. It was up by +1.4m and +7 share points compared to the year-to-date slot average and beat Doc Martin in the same slot last year.
