Premium drama fans, get ready for an epic line up of unmissable series to hit FX in the first half of 2016, kicking off with the return of the global television phenomenon, THE WALKING DEAD Season 6 premiering Monday 15 February at 1.30pm (Express) and 8.30pm, First on Foxtel.

In the mind blowing mid-season finale, the walls that once protected Alexandria can no longer keep the group safe. In the wake of the Wolves killing spree in the seemingly safe community of Alexandria, the group must now deal with walkers infiltrating their once comfortable homes. We see them cover themselves in walker blood and guts to escape, but where will they go?

The returning season will also introduce new characters including ruthless comic book villain Negan played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Watchmen), Paul “Jesus” Monroe played by Thomas Payne (Luck) and Gregory played by Xander Berkeley (24).

Immediately following the 8.30pm broadcast of new episodes of The Walking Dead, the live discussion panel TALKING DEAD will air, featuring host Chris Hardwick spending time with fans, actors, producers  and TV enthusiasts, recapping the most recent Walking Dead episode, providing behind the scenes access, insights, discussion and sneak-peeks of upcoming episodes.

Also returning to FX, the eagerly anticipated FEAR THE WALKING DEAD, which will hit screens Monday 11 April at 1.30pm (Express) and 8.30pm, First on Foxtel, the week following The Walking Dead Season 6 Finale.

Season 2 of the companion series to The Walking Dead, promises to explore the shattered group of survivor’s who set out on the high seas, searching for a new place to call home. Executive produced by Robert Kirkman, the series stars Kim Dickens as Madison, Cliff Curtis as Travis, Frank Dillane as Nick, Aussie actress Alycia Debnam-Carey as Alicia, Ruben Blades as Daniel, Mercedes Mason as Ofelia and Lorenzo James Henrie as Chris.

Adding to the stellar line up and coming soon to FX, the ten episode intense drama series OUTCAST which follows Kyle Barnes, a young man who has been plagued by demonic possession all his life. Now, with the help of Reverend Anderson, a country preacher with personal demons of his own, Kyle embarks on a journey to find answers to obtain a normal life he has never known. But what Kyle discovers could change his fate — and the fate of the world — forever.

Created by Robert Kirkman, OUTCAST stars much loved actor Patrick Fugit (Almost Famous) as Kyle Barnes, Philip Glenister (Life on Mars) as Reverend Anderson, and introducing Gabriel Bateman as Joshua Austin, an eight-year-old who lives across town from Kyle.

FX Channel Manager Dean Dezius said “I’m thrilled to unveil a small taste of the amazing line up of quality drama series to our FX audience. From zombie apocalypses to demonic possessions, today’s announcement further cements there’s plenty more dead ahead in 2016 as well as our commitment to acquire the best in outstanding and unconventional programming to Australian audiences.”
