While Australian’s are unlikely to see it until ‘after the tennis’ in early 2015, Downton Abbey is about to return for its 5th season in the UK. Although ratings for the 4th season were down in Australia it remains a huge hit in the UK and US. Perhaps its time Seven discovered fast-tracking.

Downton Abbey returns to ITV in the UK on Sunday 21st September at 9pm, the 5th season will feature guest stars Richard E Grant and Anna Chancellor.
