Gold Coast sisters Tay and Ari take the glory and voted winners by the fans on Channel 7’s Big Brother 2023.
TikToking sisters Tay and Ari Wilcoxson have been crowned the winners of Big Brother 2023, defeating fellow finalists Louis Phillips and Mineé Marx in a hotly contested public vote.
The siblings from the Gold Coast, 23 and 20 entered the house together on the condition that they would act as one housemate. Tonight the duo walked away with $100,000 prize money.
Celebrating the win, Tay said: “Oh my god! This doesn’t feel real. Thank you everybody so much.”
Tay and Ari were joined onstage by their parents, Trish and Shaun, in tonight’s Grand Final hosted by Sonia Kruger.
When asked what they’ll do with the prize money, Tay joked that she would take it all, before confessing:
“We’ve always said we would want to help our family, that is a big reason why we are here. But we also want to make more memories and travel together and start something of our own business wise. The money will get lots of use.”
Runners-up Louis and Mineé were also joined by their loved ones in the House, which saw this year’s 19 housemates reunited on stage for the first time since leaving the house.
Big Brother is produced by Endemol Shine Australia for the Seven Network.
Don’t think anyone really cares this season LOL
Who cares. Shit show
Given the ratings, I can’t help but wonder if anyone involved walked away a winner.
